I finally got a call back from the main nurse today while we were grocery shopping. She asked me what I had seen, I explained the whole thing again and she said it sounded like I had picked up their billing form (??). I told her the code, she looked all over my charts and said she could find nothing explaining it, but that it was probably in reference to a blood test that was ordered (which is what I thought - the toxoplasmosis one). She said she really couldn't find anything at all in my records on their being a fetal abnormality, so she wanted to talk to the doctor because the doctor knows everything (ha) and she would call me back after talking with the doctor. Before she hung up though, I asked if I could know what my NT results were, she looked and said they were not reviewed by the doctor yet, but she thinks they were negative. I also asked her about the sex: male/female thing and asked if there was any way they could know it is a boy already? She laughed and said that is strictly PATIENT information, which is me - so somehow they had MY sex as male, and it must be a typo. Lol, ok so now my hopes are up again that it might still be a girl!
Anyway, so she called me back again about 20 minutes later and said the doctor looked through ALL my charts and records and didn't see ANYTHING relating to a fetal abnormality, and she didn't remember anything coming up about that either. So she has concluded that statement did not pertain to me and was printed in error. They re-printed the sheet and it no longer has that statement on it. She also said that she hadn't "officially" reviewed my NT report, but that she already knows that it is negative for Down's Syndrome and Trisomy 18, she just hasn't officially put it down in my charts yet. What a relief!! I was so worried about it.
So, all good news and I'm now in the clear. Our baby should be fine! And we still don't know the gender :)
