Due Date

My due date was yesterday - hard to believe. She is 12 days old now, and like always, the time is going by waaaaay too fast! I don't want her to grow up! I have never gotten to one of my due dates before and I didn't this time, either. Technically I think I was induced (doctor called it "helping labor along"), but based on my prior experiences, and the fact that I dilated 1-2 cm overnight - I think I would have had her by the 18th or 19th completely naturally. I feel a little bad for "forcing" her to come early, but all turned out well so I'm happy and comfortable that I did. I would do it again in the future, as well.

So, it's time to take down my tickers now. Farewell, pregnancy tickers, I enjoyed having you on here!

I also wanted to say I'm happy for my friend Jennifer - she had her defense yesterday for her PhD program and she passed! Yay! Congratulations Jennifer, I'm so glad that it is finally over for you! :)
