Yesterday's Appointment

I had a doctor's appointment yesterday. It took over an hour to be seen (typical for the doctor), and the baby sounded good - like always. My blood pressure was 122/80 and I only gained 1 pound. I was totally surprised! So, I'm still a pound less than I was at the beginning of December - not sure how I managed that! But still, I am not betting on *only* gaining half a pound/week for the next several weeks haha :)

I did tell her how I've been completely OBSESSING over this baby's movements - and how it just seems like she hardly ever moves. I actually was feeling pretty good about her movements from 30-32 weeks, because there were a lot, every single day. I was thinking - finally - she is being "normal" now. But then the last two weeks it's been back to the 3 days hardly feel a thing (like 4-5 movements per day) and then one day when she goes crazy with her movements. Anyway, the doctor said why don't we do an NST just to check and make you feel better. So I stayed there for a quite a while longer while they did that - she moved 4 times while I was there and the heartbeat stayed around 130-135 the whole time. She said the baby sounded "wonderful" and told me the normal blah blah blah about drinking orange juice, laying on my side, etc. (which I do all that anyway and it seems to have very little impact - or at least very little impact noticeable to me). She also said to make the house louder. I kinda laughed and she said - no seriously make noise! that wakes babies up. I was just thinking - I have two little boys, one EXTREMELY hyper little boy that are/is constantly screaming/screeching/running around - basically so much noise it grates on me lol. They also had me down as 34 weeks 3 days (instead of 34 weeks 1 day), I was a little confused until I remembered - oh yeah! They had moved my due date up 2 days because of the dating on one of my early ultrasounds. But, I am still going with my original due date. All of my babies have measured ahead and have been born early, so it doesn't surprise me that this one does, too.

I have been so worried about this baby - I can't wait til it's time for it to come out. I still have 3-6 weeks though, ugh! Time seems to be crawling and I can barely stop thinking about things going wrong. It's bad, it's really bad. I won't go into details, but I know this much worry is not good for me.

Two other blog posts that I forgot to mention are:

Brandon is also working on the server, so hopefully I'll have access to our pictures soon!
