Hayden's Third Birthday Party

We had Hayden's birthday party last Friday night, January 14th. I was actually very surprised - everyone we invited showed up! Hayden was sooo excited for his party, every time we would ask him what was coming up next week/in 3 days/ in 2 days/ tomorrow, he'd say "Happy Birthday to you!". His biggest present was a playhouse that we got him for outside. Oddly enough, I haven't taken any pictures of it yet. I also only took pictures of the first half of the party, and I forgot the second half... so I only have pictures of the first half.

Other things to note:

• Our camera (it was Brandon's actually) is dying or something, so the majority of the pictures recently have been coming out blurry, regardless of the lens cleaning. This makes me sad because we don't have that great of pictures from recent events. But I think we are going to dig out my camera and start using that one. 
• Our carpet is beyond saving... too many stains :( I always get down on the floor and scrub several of them before we have anybody over, but it's just not working anymore. Sigh... our next house I've already decided I want DARK carpet and/or tile/linoleum with area rugs. No more carpet stains. I just can't keep up.
• We put away our kitchen table and use tv trays most of the time. And then bring out the fold-out table during parties. Why? Well, because our kitchen table is really tall and when Hayden was first learning to climb, he would climb up the tall chairs and they would fall over, or he would manage to get on the table, which is WAAAY too high to risk him falling off. So we have the table in the garage for now - and with Theo now at the same stage, we figured it's still safer to have it in the garage.
• I was going to get him a particular cake (actually I was going to make a cake, but I was SICK all week, so I barely had any time to even get ready for the party), but when I went to pick it up at Albertson's on Friday after work, they were all gone :( They had told me they had them "all" the time, except for the one time I came. So, I got my favorite cake instead - a Snicker's Cake :) haha.
